The Board and Care Quality Forum is filled with practical tips and interesting feature articles. The perspective of home operators and of residents lends credibility to the content and provides insight that expands my perspective. As a consultant with the National Long-Term Care Ombudsman Resource Center and NCCNHR, I encourage ombudsmen to subscribe to learn more about good practices in small homes. Many of the publication's topics are similar to the ones ombudsmen deal with in nursing homes. The BCQF shows how the same topic impacts life in a board and care home. This publication is an excellent resource!
